So far it’s holding my weight just fine and doesn’t wobble at all, which is a relief lol. Setup was kind of annoying though, def wish that part was a little easier.

I really like how quickly this folds up when I’m done using it. For me, the best part is that it doesn’t feel like a hassle to put away, and it stores neatly without taking up much space.

My needak order arrived about on time, and the box was mostly in decent shape. One corner was a little crushed and some of the tape was peeling around the edge, but the rebounder inside was packed really well and wasn’t damaged at all. The packaging wasn’t perfect, but it did the job. I’d order again.

You can just tell it’s made well, honestly. Feels sturdy in the hand, and I like that it’s made in the USA too. Not trying to overthink it, but the quality seems right there as soon as you pick it up.

I’m usually skeptical when it comes to customer service because returns can turn into a whole runaround, but needak actually replied fast and made the steps easy to follow. The springs and mat are still in good shape, though it has started getting a little squeaky lately. The only reason I’m taking off a star is because the cover wore out faster than I expected. Not sure if others have had the same issue, but overall I’d say it’s been a solid buy and has lasted really well.
